I'm as proud as I get (I don't really get proud, I don't mean that as modesty-- it's hard to feel dictionary-definition proud when you're indifferent to yourself most of the time--This may be related to my belief that there's no such thing as a 1st person point of view, that the so-called "1st person" is just a type of "3rd-person"--but I have whatever my equivalent emotion is-- Honored, that's it, that's more what I'm getting at translated into the human tongue. Honored, and proud of him.
Anyway, I'm getting impatient to see this book in the flesh (that would be a great, special limited edition version). In the meantime: I thought I'd share the first draft of my I CAN TASTE THE BLOOD novella with you. Why? I don't know. Why am I doing any of this? It's good to keep questioning. Stay curious! Plus, it doesn't give much away . . .
