I arrived (not really, I was already in the house) home today to find a super messy-looking cardboard box from somebody named after a constellation with a sword. Wonders never cease! They're just not so wonderful so you don't really notice them. Ahem. This is no time to get excited! Mildly drooly would work quite nicely, thank you. Oh man.
Anyway so it turns out the box contained 26 signature sheets to be tipped into the 26 limited, deluxe, hardcover (and sold-out!) version of YOU, HUMAN, edited by Bram Stoker Award-winning editor Michael Bailey and published by Dark Regions Press. You can get an ebook or gorgeous trade paperback edition at Amazon. Anyway, being the first word in a sentence for the second time in one paragraph, I have to say, 26 doesn't seem like a very big number, and I don't know about my fellow authors, artists, and friends, but I write by hand so little these days that it felt like signing 100 sheets. My signature is an affront to penmanship, so I was pleased to note that almost every contributors' signature sucks rotten eggs. The good JOHN HANCOCKS stand out with a kind of landmark obviousness in the image above . . . You'll get them soon, Mr. Chizmar!

If there's any proofreading errors or grammatical mistakes in this post, whatever. I ain't getting paid to do this, I mean not for nothing . . . Krist.
